Again.., I need some your collective expertise. Recently, I had a problem with my bike sputtering at higher rpms. See thread:

After removing all the smog stuff, adjusting the TPS, making sure the fuel pump was functioning properly under load, etc., my bike performed as it should.., maybe a bit lazy topping out in first, but overall really good. Just finished a 300 mile ride today and noticed I was using a lot more fuel than normal. Checked the onboard computer and it was showing 26.2 mpg! I usually get 35mpg under the same conditions. I f#cking hate it when fixing one problem creates another!! Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Of course I ditched the smog stuff already.
