cougar,kruzin,dad of 3,and powers739,thank you for
the info...739,who makes your rear stand?
A fork lift stand will work.(TurboSN95 @ Jun. 02 2007,07:30) Anyone know which will work with a lowered Busa in the front ? I don't want to get one that will work with a lowered Busa, since I might drop the front end a little.
I was looking at the T-rex Front stem stand and wondering if this was necessary?(Big E @ May 31 2007,13:13) I think for bang for the buck. The T-Rex front stand is the shiznit. I own a set of Pitbulls and T-rex front stand.
Lowering shouldn't matter on the Redline industrial stand I purchased. It used the small opening under the front forks to lift and never goes near the area between the fender and nose of the bike.(TurboSN95 @ Jun. 02 2007,10:30) Anyone know which will work with a lowered Busa in the front ? Someone posted up recently that they modified the stand to work on lowered bikes.(bigoltool @ Jun. 02 2007,13:23)I was looking at the T-rex Front stem stand and wondering if this was necessary?(Big E @ May 31 2007,13:13) I think for bang for the buck. Clip from their ebay add. "Some models, like ZX10r, ZX12r, Hayabusa and GSXR600/750 may require the removal of the front fairing."
My bike is not lowered so it should be fine but I don't want to waste time/money if I gotta strip my bike just to put it up on the stand.
Anybody got one of these?
Which one did you go with?(dadofthree @ Jun. 02 2007,14:39) My Redline has pins that fit in the opening in the bottom of the forks. Seems stable and secure to me.
