Front wobble at high speed cornering

Lol, I don't completely disagree, but the OP says that it only happens hitting bumps at high speed.
If the tire(s) cause no problems on smooth roads at any speed, but do now over bumps at high speed, that would be the suspension settings.
Or it could be that the road has subsided by 1/4 inch in places due to rain, or settling, or the pressure of semi-trailers. I'll admit tweaking the suspension is free and easy, let's see what OP comes back with.
 
flat ! But an uneven wear . Just put on a brand new 190 , cant wait to test it out soon & will update if thats the issue . Fork & rear suspension had no leak , still firm .
I wouldn't be surprised if that fixes the problem.
