Yeah a Gen 2 system will bolt up no issues. There are bushing for the O2 sensors if you still need them, but if you’re tuned and can delete them any Gen 2 or Gen 3 system will work. I’ve put two Gen 2 systems in local Gen 3s with guys in the last month

That is a huge boon for the Hayabusa, leaving clearance so that the prior generation of exhausts will fit.

Radiator and oil cooler need to get removed for the header I assume?

been out of the scene for a long time, just getting back into it.

Have you had any issues with rear plastic melting/warping? I have a fender eliminator, and the 4-2-1 AT2 and the Dyno tuning shop sent me a pic. Part of the rear plastic is warping from the exhaust heat. I assume from no or low air flow, but also from angle of the exhaust. Photo attached.
