Gas Grill

I rip the pages out of old phone books to start the chimney. The paper lights just as well as newspaper and they are easier to stack/store.

I would like a new grill. I've been using the smoker's firebox which works fine, I just would prefer a separate grill. I keep going back and forth between a welded custom grill and a Big Green Egg.

i have a smoker, gas grill, and charcoal.. love grilling. I almost never use the gas for any meat, mostly to keep items warm while coming off the charcoal.
