GEN 2 TI FORCE 4-2-1-2 vs. STOCK

hi powerhouse, thanks for the correction, yes i understand, but at the end of the day its a comparison, we all know that a standard zx14 2012 kicks the busa's arse.

and its nice to know that with light mods, a gen2 can match the power output of zx14, + the 35 lbs of weight saving.
that' what i'm interested in.

regarding ti-force see attached gen2 wit the exhaust dynod at same place and there's nothing in it.

din or sae, i went in with 180 and came out with 196 i'm happy with that:beerchug:

POWERHOUSE, while in the charts posted above I see that both hp and torque numbers are inflated by the same percentage, the torque and hp curves cross at different rpm. How is that so?

yes i calculated that yesterday... so 193 aint too bad is it chaps:laugh:

Mark3, its all about the gains, the before and after - as I am sure you know. Dr. Big, you have a good eye, but if you look closer you will see that the "scaling" between the two correction factors has changed: look at the power on the left and the torque scale on the right - the SAE chart, which is seeing a peak hp of 196.82 is showing hp up to 220 and torque up to 120; the DIN chart, which is showing a higher peak hp is scaling the hp up to 225 on the left and 130 torque on the right. If I printed both of these as data charts, the info would coincide exactly because it is the same run: peak hp occurs at the same rpm between both charts and peak torque as well. Good eye!:watching:

Powerhouse, to bad you guys are so far away and out on the Island..... I'm at the wrong end of the state otherwise I'd be tempted to make a trip and have a tune done. About 350 miles :( from home to you........ I'm only home / stateside for a limited time for vacations and try to have as much seat time as possible.

PM inbound with tuning questions. :please:
