Gen II Russell Day Long Seat?

Looks like a goldwing mod

You are correct sir, a 1983 Goldwing at that..

One of my neighbors has one only like silver/blue. Funky lookin' bike. I love the new ones, but the old ones.. :puke:

Just FYI Russell has group buys almost every winter (they have the last 3 anyways). I have bought my last two from them and the last one was on a 20% group buy discount. There is usually a 20-30 minimum purchase for the group buys and they pop up on various forums, usually more related to touring related bikes, but they are out there. Not sure if they have any discounts on group buys for the sport seats, but I have been looking at the sport seat for a while, just love the one on my ST1300....

Nah, sorry, I haven't seen one on a Busa either. I see your skills are limited...I'll just wait on FastFrog to get to his studio:poke::laugh:
Thanks for trying.

Yes  My skills are limited unfortunately. I must need something relatively in the same position (or mirrored) that I could take the seat off of to manipulate onto the busa.

Work is keeping me very busy, so if Frog can do up a picture that would be great. I will be getting one, there is no doubt in my mind. The Corbin is a nice seat, but my commute is 120 miles round trip and is just not cutting it in the southern heat. I am very uncomfortable about 3/4 the way home and have to stand on the pegs a moment to relax a bit.

Looking forward to the pictures. I think I will be going with the day long version, that is the one I am leaning toward anyway.

Alright, well if it is not up by late tomorrow afternoon, I will see what I can do. Today was like hell at work though as I am in a 2 man IT shop where one is gone and I am alone. Customers keep me very busy and running around.

I'm gonna use that picture next week and tell you guys I bought one:poke::rofl:
Lets see who catches it:laugh:

Looking at the picture. I think the sport seat would look real nice. They custom make sport seats to how your pictures look. Rider position, rider height, weight, and a couple other things. Their site is full of information. Its cool :beerchug:

Yeah, the 2 free adjustments after break in sold me. I'm at the point where I Need a comfortable seat. The fact that they do use so many variables specific to you personally makes me think that their seats are the way to go.
I'll definately be buying one of these as soon as I can afford it too.
I'm so glad this came up, I'm just disapointed in Sous for not already ordering and reveiwing it for us! But thank you DJ!
