I know its been discused a few times before but i have to make it clear the quick shifter on gen 3 its a scam it doesnt work right come on guys give me a green light what else can we do to make it work?
I just got my MM flashed ECU back, ridden twice since then and it was failed on me at least once on both rides. I have not found any consistent way to get the stock Suzuki QS to work. I've tried both QS1 and 2 modes, the best thing I found was to be forceful/aggressive with the shifts, it seems to fail less but still fails.Moore Mafia has a correction in their flash, several members have said it fixed or really helped, but one said it did not.
I have also had this brake fade issue, at first I thought it had something to do with sitting still for days/weeks but the last time it happened I had rode the bike the day before. Never an issue while riding (almost 8k miles far), just when I go to grab them the first time pulling out of the garage.randomly failing front brakes

Yeah woolish say they have a QS solution it cost like $350.00 and some say it work some say it doesntMoore Mafia has a correction in their flash, several members have said it fixed or really helped, but one said it did not.
Woolrich makes their own QS assembly, and all here that have used it have said that it IS the fix for it.
This is just my reading too, I've yet to ride or work on a gen3.
It's sad, actually pathetic, the gen3 problems that Suzuki is turning a blind eye to.
As I have said before, I want one, have been watching prices, but just can't bring myself to buy a bike with no hot restarts, randomly failing front brakes, and junk quickshifters....for $21k!!!
That sounds more like the junk I get used and have to fix.
I Really hope that you get yours sorted out, I Hate to hear this for alot of reasons.
Good luck man.
Interesting... I haven't heard a bad report on the Woolich QS.Yeah woolish say they have a QS solution it cost like $350.00 and some say it work some say it doesnt

It works for me fine. When shifting to a higher gear keep on the throttle and it shifts fine. When down shifting release the throttle for a tenth of a secon and down shift
That's a lot of anger to carry around, glad we are here for your venting....This is the real reason I Don't own a gen3.
Because in all seriousness, if I bought one, and it turned out to be a real pos, like several seem to be, I would ghost ride it right through the dealer's front window, and F the consequences in the moment.
I'm done buying covid bs made by people who don't care and need fired.
And as much as I love Suzuki, F them too.
I hope no one gets hurt by failed brakes, but, God forbid it does happen...I hope they bury Suzuki for it.
Gas bikes are on their way out anyway, with no known improvements on the horizon.
I'm angry for all those dealing with this, and for me, as I want one, but no thanks.

However I agree, a tried and true system on the Gixxer should have worked on the Hayabusa
Not going to argue, it shouldn't happen at all.Terrible, shameful...and a whole string of bad words for Suzuki.
Do you think it's a TC issue, cause I run TC off all the time?Ive changed the rear tire i have a Dunlop Q4 and it still slips between 1 to 2 its a real problem
Right! It's not like QS are new to the industry at this point?!?!?However I agree, a tried and true system on the Gixxer should have worked on the Hayabusa
