So if you wanted to stay with ONLY PUMP GAS!!! what is the max HP/TQ you will get this includes going with intercooler, water injection ect... as well as anything else to give you max hp and all and stay only with pump gas and based on 91 or 92 octane even though can get 93... Also what is the max with all that and what stage and which system Volocity or Ghetto which will give most with all this??? and what is the HP/TQ rating you will??? And whats the benifits of it...

You would need a custom intercooled kit. 400 hp and like 250 ft/lbs.

I went with Ghetto. It will be on my porch tomorrow. I got the stage 1 with upgrades to the dual b/b turbo, intercooler, BOV, TSBC, and 5th injector. I'm going to run the spacer so I can run the second stage up to 10.5 lbs. on pump gas. You will need a power commander (of course), and a clutch slave support for the heavier clutch springs. I'm putting in 70# valve springs, having the valves lapped, the cams have to be degreed (adjustable cam sprockets added). I'm also having the tappet shims set to the looser side of spec. Hopefully, that will give me more time before I need to check them again. I'm going with the dump pipe because I like the look of it, and stealth isn't too important to me. Word has it that although it's louder than an exhaust system, the turbo quiets the sound quite a bit. I'm not sure if the upgrades I'm getting makes it a stage 2 or not. Cost: around $6400 for the kit and upgrades, $140 for the valve springs, $312 for a PCIIIr (yes, a good deal), $500 to have the spacer put in and the stuff I mentioned, $200 for a gixxer 750 and 1000 fans, $70 for two Muzzy fan blades, $75 for an RPM crank case breather cover (gives more room and has an AN fitting). Add it up. I'm expecting 300hp on high boost. We shall see. Johnny Cheese is doing the internals and tuning. Doesn't get better than that. Motorhead answers all of my questions (stupid as they may be) and he sent me a PDF with the install instructions. They are also a sticky on his board.

sweet thanks for the info, i bet your getting anxious! im looking to start out with his basic kit and upgrade when i think i can handle more power, it is after all nearly 100 MORE hp...

Well yes there could always be problems if your motor has a week spot to start with.

But from what i have read about 80% of the time it is rider/owner tweaking or playing with it the kit beyond what it was origonally put on to do thats when the problems occur also not taking the time to every oil change take a look and see that everything is functing properly if ya do this there really should be no problems and if there are some to start you will catch them before the major stuff could happen

Intercooler and injector are stage 2.

with that setup, add some rods and you should be able to get high 300's on pump and low 400's on race gas.
