Rode today, not bad guys.  A little chilly on the feet so I think I'll be doing the thick socks but other than that.  Not bad at all.

Yeah I rode in this morning too, but my freaking hands are stinging so bad. The rest of my body is warm any suggestions?

I would get some thinker gloves. I did ride one time with some of those hand warmers on the top of my hands inside my gloves. That worked o.k.

I'm wearing a set of power tripp with some wool inserts, but it's doing me no justice. Going to go and try to find something today.

Sounds like what I got. I've heard of some guys wearing rubber or latex gloves under their gloves to keep the heat in. Try that maybe?

I layered my gloves. Thick skiing type glove with a neoprene insert close to the skin. Works well for cold but I almost killed myself when that thick setup got caught up on the throttle. Talk about pucker factor....

I know what you mean. I'm thinking the Latex glose and reagular gloves may be worth trying.

I was thinking about the latex or a rubber glove to block the wind.

On a side note talk about a pucker factor, this morning I was so focused on my hands being cold that I driffted right into a guys lane this morning. Was a four lane and going into a curve i just started getting closer to him to the point I was about 6 inches off his passenger door. I had to stop and get my mind cleared, I really though I was going down on this one!

Yeah, when your cold you tend to loose the concentration of riding. Tunes in the old helmet help keep the mind off the cold for me. Unless you stop for gas and get back on, right roc?

Also spoke with GSX1300R-T (Joe), he sends his regrets. Lots of family stuff going on for him tomorrow. He's looking forward to the Spring Bash though...
