thanks guys,, I am doing fine,, still a little stiff, but other wise good.. The bike is in pretty much geat shape. I will have to put a new slip on on it,, but other then that it looks great. I called the buyer and let him know i did go donw on the bike and it is unharmed other then the can, and slidders, he still wants to see it.. I will drop the price to make up for the replacment can, as well as a set of slidders if he wants..

If so, he could also be charged with leaving the scene of an accident and maybe hit and run. I have seen that happen before. That always helps the victum in court. Wow this is insane. I didn't say I was glad it happened. I'm just tired of reading, " I was looking down..." or " I looked up...". What are people doing on bikes. I've been riding for over ten years, so I'm not inexperienced. I've also been in a few accidents myself. I just feel that riders need to be more proactive about driving defensively and driving smart. Obviously the driver in the truck was at fault. I can't take back what I said now so.... I retrospect I should have chosen my words more carefully.
