Got a call from the cops tonight

Let me start by saying, it's nice to know a cop I thought was cool (maybe not "tell him I did 150+ cool, but cool nonetheless) will turn my ASS IN on a moments notice. And it's for something I didn't even DO! Basicly, an APB was put out on a yellow sportbike (narrows it down to me, and 1 other person here in Stuarts Draft) I'll post more details tommorrow, going to bed now. This shid kept me up a couple hours late. I'll just say, I know who it was, and I'm gonna kick his ass if I see him.

Maybe you could just try and explain it to the LEO, that it was another Yellow bike not yours. Does the LEO have any proof specifically that it was you. Sounds circumstantial to me. You should be able to get out of this. Hope it all works out to your benefit, Ben.

So what happened? The cops came to your house because Andy told them he knew of someone w/ a yellow sportbike (that's BS he should have at least talked to you first for resolution) and then what?

You'd think they would know if a 6'10" 300 lb individual was riding vs. the size of the other guy. Pretty easy to figure that one out if they got a good look.
