one question its american or euro sepcification because i never seen a that kind of a speedo meter before meaqn to say MPH and KMPH both at the time in dash???

Not really,i'm over all that for the most part.It's hard enough around here to even use the 185 hp(approx.)i have now,and the reliability factor of a stock/piped motor is pretty nice.
