ahh, now i see the 4.  im racing tonight against some ####  talkin zx-12's with motor work and spray.  we'll see what happens
is it race what you bring? you spraying too? Run your race, everything will go right. I remember when I would get to anxious and I'll end up spinning or go up in the air.
Somebody told me to run your race don't even think that he's over there.. Ever since then I've been running good numbers

If you have a smart TRE it might not be a problem. The old ones make your bike think its in 5th gear all the time so your ratios are mapped like the bikes in 5th. And as you know you don't use 5th on a strip. So you are running rich . Thats how it was explained to me . PM Goldenchild and he can let you know more . He's a motor wiz and drag sponcer.

The TRE that I have on my bike makes it think that it's in 5th gear. Little tricks like this is all it takes to knock a little more off your time. Thanks for the info.

Well people, taking the tre off my bike didn't help. I made two passes with it off and it put back a tenth on my time. Soon as I put it back on, it too off that tenth. So for my bike, I'm keeping it on.........

You're going to have different results if you tuned your PC with the TRE on.  You will need to retune the PC with OUT the TRE.

On a stock bike a TRE will hurt the times....

Yes and no... Sometimes it doesn't hurt. It helped my stock bike and didn't make any appreciable difference either way with the PC...

Yeah, I figured that by me having it tuned with it on, it would hurt me if I took it off. Now I found out.. I'm located in Maryland.....
