Grilling Season!

Took all the veggies off the grill.  They were EXCELLENT!  They serve as a perfect little appetizer.

You'll always make a quick burnt offering to the fire gods below.

I'm right there with you. I was grilling in the winter too. I've been grilling every night for the last week.
 
Take 'em back off the grill and put 'em back into the beer.  This will cool them off a bit but will start to draw beer in through the skin of the brat.  

Put 'em back on the grill on the other side.

Repeat several times.  You'll know they're done when the first one pops it's skin.  Toss the beer.  It will be unusable after that.
Great tip right there.

steaks look awesome. I grilled a couple tuna steaks that I soaked in a soy sauce/wasabbi powder/minced garlic sauce. I then coverd them with sessame seeds and thew them on the grill. Made up a rice piloaf and a cucumber and tomato salad with a raspberry vinegarand olvie oil dressing. Was good but not as good as that steak looks

Oh, c'mon. All y'all have seen hot dogs cook! I take them off the grill a bit early because if you cook 'em all the way on the grill, they aren't all that great as snackin' food during the week.

Take four or five of those puppies to work and nuke 'em and see who all comes runnin'!!!!!

I typically run a smoker and have wanted to start grilling more.
 
Made for some great steak and eggs this morning. No pics 'cause I cook nekkid in the morning and you do NOT want to see that!

Wow, my only change would be to cook the steaks a little longer. Like mine a little less pink.
 
Only addition I would make is to roast up a few bulbs of elephant garlic on the grill and smear em on my steak afterwards! OOOHH Baby!
