Just checked the pics of the wreck. It looks fixable. new fairing stay, front fairing, etc. Maybe also get the frame checked out to make sure it's still straight. I couldn't tell the condition of the forks though as I would guess that's what would prolly cost the most.

But that's all unimportant as your Dad's life and health is way more important. Bikes can be replaced anytime.
