**Happiness is **

Sounds like a fun day alright. Wish I had extra money laying around to burn tires down to the core just for show! You DID take a picture or something didn't you? (It lasts longer) I'm sorry to say I didn't write your phone number down. It was an impulse call and I just read it straight off your post but I can probably dig in the archives and find it again or shoot you an email. I've got some time to gather funds and place orders before the Y2K arrives so maybe I should make a list of questions before I call again. Sorry I wasn't the call you had hoped for - guess we get to continue reading weird but strange FC posts from the unknown cyberbiker/supercop.

I nearly forgot - you may want to try some bug and tar remover. It's always worked well for me after taking my car to the drag strip. Let it soak a bit for best results.
Turn cloth often etc so as to not grind anything into the finish and scratch. Reapply wax afterwards. Just a suggestion.

Todd, yes my wife took some burnout pics and video and Ducmanic will be posting them on his upcoming new site, labusas.com soon. Also some good pics taken today of my Tapeworks gold-on-black installation and the FSMD undertail and hugger. Also, I hope (wink wink nudge nudge Ducmanic) a pic of my two beautiful daughters sitting on my bike.

I do NOT have money to burn on tires and I avoid burnouts unless they are totally necessary...like if there's an accountant in the car at the stoplight beside me.

Seriously, burnouts are just too expensive.

Let us know when the pics get posted. Also Jeff W has offered disk space for Busa owners to post pics. I may have to take him up on that one of these days since I've about maxxed out my disk quota. I took a pic of my daughter on the Busa a couple of weeks ago : http://www.qsl.net/n5mya/sarah2.jpg
She's 9 yrs old going on 18 and wants her own full face helmet for her birthday in Dec.
Looks like I may be two up with her more than my wife. My daughter only weighs about 59 pounds and also has a need for speed! My wife starts diggin' her nails into me if I go over 60.

....scrubbing the "arrow" tody and most of the Michilin Man too....not like I set out to see how far I can go, I just check tires before and after every ride, like every one else here does, right?

Todd, she looks like a great kid! What a smile.

Watch out when she can reach those bars, and wants to take the busa out for a spin. She looks like she's ready to go!

Yo 'Pete! Not in the USA we don't! Ask any Kennedy(still living) Ask Reagans son! Ask Jane Fona/Turner(Hanoi Jane fer you yunguns), or ask the President hisself! You are all a bunch of hippocitical rock chucken MSBs , in my opinion...like Waui said...I think...

It may be just verbal now Mauii. It won't be just verbal if NJSP and Realcop decide to expose FC's criminal activities to his superiors, which it looks like they may be in a position to do. Lying to police about speeding when he crashed (obstruction of justice), filing a false insurance claim (fraud, misrepresentation), filing a false affidavit when he sues the car driver (perjury) etc.

Then you'll see the real world consequences of verbs and nouns. Maybe some dipthongs, too.

Awww crap this IS a bad scene. I've said my piece. I'm going back to bikes. Last post on this stuff. You guys want to converse with our resident Blue Knight and accept him as the paragon of American law enforcement, go ahead.

-Kent/King correction noted and executed, thanks.

-What the hell was that Hapo? Do you have a history of insanity in your family?! ARE you FC? You seem to be able to change your writing style at will and very, very convincingly. Hanoi Jane? Dead Kennedies? Please translate into any language spoken by Earthlings.

....BTW, would that be a LIVE or DEAD goose? I've heard the Brits were keen on that sort of thing...but this realy should be on another site....mabe you guys could start a "Blue 'Busa" site....should be quite a hit with all the anal types we see here...

THE SPLENDOR OF THE UNIFORM
by James J. Green
A recent scandal in the South Hackensack, New Jersey Police Department concerning allegations that the police chief often interfered with the arrest process and ordered the elimination of charges is a situation that differs from the ordinary form of malfeasance. The primary clue to the type of deviance in South Hackensack is the comment of the Bergen County Prosecutor that "the chief (was) doing favors and playing the role of big shot."
According to the Bergen County Prosecutor, a South Hackensack police officer arrested two men for possessing cocaine. After taking them to police headquarters, they called a friend who knew the police chief. The chief soon arrived at headquarters and ordered the officer to drop the charges and not to send the narcotic to the State Police Laboratory for testing as required by procedure. The amount of drug seized was of felony weight carrying a maximum prison term of three to five years.

When this scandal surfaced as a result of a non-related criminal investigation by other authorities, it was revealed that a ticket-fixing scheme was also ongoing in this police department. In at least six Driving While Intoxicated cases and dozens of summonses for minor traffic violations, charges were improperly reduced. Some of the DWI cases involved non-residents with friends who lived in the community, but no evidence of bribery or extortion was found. All this corrupt activity had occurred since the chief, a nineteen year veteran of the department, assumed office three years earlier. The police chief resigned and has been criminally charged with obstructing justice and official misconduct.

An occupation such as the police service is one that has more of an attraction that just earning a living. It has the appeal of bestowing power to its members. In being attracted to the police many persons actually seek this power rather than a decent salary.

The splendor of the uniform and the enjoyment of authority draw into the police world individuals who are highly responsive to such allurements.

Police corruption includes a wide variety of prohibited behaviors - either crimes or rule violations - committed through the auspices of an officer's position. Herman Goldstein, Professor of Criminal Justice Administration at the University of Wisconsin Law School, defined corruption as:

acts involving the misuse of authority by a police officer in a manner designed to produce personal gain for himself or others... (It) is not limited to monetary gain, because gain may be in the form of services rendered, status, influence, prestige, or future support for `'he officer or someone else.

Important elements of this definition are "police authority" and "personal gain." Goldstein noted that the personal gain does not have to be monetary. He cited among others, "status" and "prestige" as types of gain. Others have expanded this concept, noting that status and prestige are important psychological factors, which evolve with an individual's value system regardless of whether that evolution is growth or regression. Thus, "personal gain" may include status or an experience that is psychologically rewarding to an individual or an accomplishment that produces material rewards.

One definition of corruption infers it to be an illegal use of organizational power for personal gain. It is argued that this broad interpretation of "illegal" includes the "violation of any kind of law - civil, criminal or administrative." Such an approach significantly expands the continuum of behaviors that may be defined as corrupt. This is consistent with the definition of corruption as the misuse of occupational position for personal gain. Collectively, the constituent elements of each definition are fundamentally the same.

It appears that the police chief of the South Hackensack Police Department was one of those men captivated with the power of his office. The splendor of the uniform was so consuming that it led him to destruction. He wanted to be a "big shot," but he went about it the wrong way.

Not to keep dragging this thread along, well to take much of anything serious off the net is like reading comic books and writing a research paper from them.

Information about motorcycles is one thing but if a member is a pompus jerk, then so be it. To waste anyones own personnal time to instigate a hardship on him is just that for the layman(a waste of time). If I was a police officer and found my bretheren cop spewing about personal scams at the expense of others(change counting waitress) then it would be a valid departure to do my job(ie. screw FalconCop to the wall - HARD).

I only care that if he rides a bike and got hurt then I can say that is too bad it should happen to anyone(you or I). If he is the A-SHOLE he portrays himself to be at work then let his peers deal with him, if it turns out to be truth then we will just call him stupid and something to laugh about. I do not believe this site is about policeing the lives/actions of others, it is to share information. However there is a certain soap opera effect that follows along with the good, for me FalconCop is a soap opera actor.
If he needs help or info to get his bike together after a crash then that is more in line with the intentions of this site.

Kawabuser, It works both ways...If FalconGoofBall came here for bike info and left his occupation out of it, then he would be treated well. Some people are just plain stupid and FalconGoof is one of those people. I know of nobody elses who posts here and constantly brings up what they do for a living.

My, my, isn't this interesting...a NJ MV search for all Busa registrations with male owners ages 36/37 returned one record. Cross checking the owner's name against several law enforcement membership lists (PBA, etc.) provides a cross match... a few phone calls...the clincher...a badge number of 161. BINGO!!!

Once again, there is not going to be any insurance windfall.

Just one question FC, do you have a steady boyfriend ? Oops, I wasn't suppose to out you just yet, was I ?

What a goofball, always good for a laugh!

Turbo, dumb question. He just told you its him and Gotti. Everyone knows about their "cellroom romance".

Well I'll admit I stand corrected on my speculation as to whether or not FC has a bike or is a police officer, but that certainly isn't going to change my or anyone else's feeling's about his professional misconduct, insurance scamming and constant spewing of crude personal insults.

Realcop and NJSP, I hope you'll continue to do what you can to contain his professional misconduct and other illegal activities.

If you get his name, which shouldn't be too difficult now that you've got the other info, I'd suggest you not publish it here as there are too many Members who'd like to see him publically exposed and in flames.
