NJSP, what is a P-7? Did FC just threaten to shove a gun or other weapon "up your A*S"? And if he is in a position to find you by any means at all, doesn't that threat constitute a felony assault or the utterance of a death threat? In Canadian law it certainly would.

The fact that the threat was uttered on the internet or that the threat was expressed in the form of a scatological colloquialism would not diminish the seriousness of the threat at all, given the surrounding circumstances of the long-standing professional animosity between the two of you.

You'd best watch your words from now on FC. It looks like your carefully constructed cover has been blown.
 
To all leave 161 alone,he may flame us at times or rub us wrong or get foul mouth at times,but in each one of us there's good and bad and sometimes the bad comes out more often then good.I have alot of cop friends who do the same thing as 161 does but that is part of the job and perks you get for being a cop.Like I said ride with a cop for a week straight and you'll be happy that they have that job and not you.In every business there's good and evil and don't point fingers till you have walked in someone's shoe for a while.If you feel like you get picked on just remember you live on earth once,go out and enjoy the ride cause when it stops you are out of here.This is my opinion only

Every body KNOWS what cops are like, we all live in the real world no matter how hard some may try not to...I'll have to admit, there is a youthful exuberence about him that is a bit testy and surprising in a man of his age and position, but whats that to you? I'll bet he does his job and would back you two up in a storm of elephant **** if it ever hit the fan, and still be a prick...and I believe it would take more than a couple of web cranks to overturn the results of local investigating athourities...chill out, huh? You guys are starting to scare me! Hapo thinks you all need to spend some time with your women or somthing...
 
Jeez! Cisco, have you read any of what this moron has posted? FC acts like the type of individual police officers are supposed to put away! This guy has sersious problems, I for one am glad I don't live in NJ, as the thought of him walking around with a gun and a badge scares the hell out of me! I still think that FC161 may be impersonating the REAL Hayabusa owner that is a cop. Maybe even his child? He gets awfully defensive when pressed, just as a child would. In any case, what he has done is punishable by the same laws he claims to uphold, so what kind of a man could he be? Hyprocrite sounds like a good start...
 
I'm with Hapo and Cisco. The cyberworld FC is not my idea of a good cop (actually,pretty close to my idea of a bad cop) but its all just words. The more serious we take him/her/it the more he/she/it enjoys the game. If the .org FC turned his hose on a bike thief we'd all be applauding and sending him flowers (if we knew his real name and address).
 
I'm sure you WISH I was NJSP FC. Looks like he has been investigating your background and found a few skeletons in the closet? Looks like you've been in more trouble than most of us? I'm very encouraged to see some good cops for a change and I hope they nail you to the wall for insurance fraud or whatever else they can find. It's best not to drink at all FC (like me) BUT if you must drink DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. (OR RIDE)

Guys (and the occasional gal) you know I don't normally join in once the thread gets to this stage. This is cyberspace and the beauty of it is that anyone can become a king or just a big (p)rick ! Draw the line and seperate cyberspace from real life.
 
You guys are getting a little f___n hostile with all this **** . If FalconCop crashed his bike you should throw him a little consideration, because being humans we are supposed to act that way. If FalconCop is such a jerk it is as simple as this, He is acting like a COP. When there is a riot you don't want a squad of choir boys preaching love one another waving candles. Police are jerks, who else would want that shitty job. I am not saying that I don't disrespect their position, but who in there right mind would want to play with guns and the scum of society working wacked out hours then go direct traffic for hours in the rain.
How about dealing with gross mutilation at accidents. When FalconCop goes to work (when he isn't milking an insurance claim - like everybody else does)he pays his dues just showing up to work and playing in the sewage of society. Every police force needs an sugar we just know that Bergen NJ has theirs and he is doing a fine job of it.
 
That was well argued KawAbuser but you are wrong on this. If you believe that we have to accept a little criminality in our cops because that's what it takes to meet the bad guys on their turf and to deal with the gory underparts of civilization, then you haven't met any principled police.

I know policemen who are straight as an arrow, physically tougher and better trained in defense/offense and weapons than any bad guys, and who also believe very strongly in, and live their lives by, the laws they uphold.

FC acts like a punk who plays with the law like you and I might play with hookers in a bar. I've known punk cops before. They get caught by their own peers eventually.

To give you a factual arguement to entertain, when the courts find cops (judges, lawyers too) guilty of crimes against the laws they swore as a matter of their professional code of conduct to uphold, they give them stiffer sentences than ordinary members of the public would get because legal professionals are presumed to a) have a higher level of understanding of the law and b) have accepted a public trust to uphold those laws.

If Realcop and NJSP are really police officers, and if FC is too, then Realcop and NJSP need to be supported by us and by society in general in their efforts to suppress the behavior of cops like FC.

Otherwise it all just turns into a Rodney King* situation.
