ITs summer in Houston and I'm not wrenching much on side projects these days . Stay away from all Box stores in Houston as they all have high turn over .
Iron Supply in Katy is good . Dalton is in Service and they are a Suzuki dealer . They also have a dedicated Tire Guy there and are affordable compared to other shops .

ECU tune is all you need and can be mailed in to several shops across country with 1 week turn around averages . NO power commander . As stated its Old tech good for its time and is a piggy back module . I still have the software for a few customers with OLD bikes that had to use a PC V

Thanks for all the feedback. Definitely gonna ride out to Katy and check them out.

Don't bother with that thing. Way less functionality than what an ecu flash can do. Power commander is old tech.
I agree. Don’t bother with a power commander.
The Moore Mafia tune is a good one from Chris Moore. You have to send your ECU to him, then he returns it so your bike will be down 10 days to 2 weeks.
He can add a pop and bang feature that is either silly or cool depending on how you look at it.
Check out his YouTube videos.
Also, BT Moto can tune the ECU. They do the tune online where they send you a handheld device to download your stock tune, upload to BT where they tweak it and send it back to you.
The Moore tune costs less than half of the BT tune.

The basic set up would be a Sprint air filter, full exhaust and a tuned ECU that matches the mods.
Unless you’re going to open up the engine to add cams, pistons, etc. the basic set up is plenty good.
