Harley biker wrecks while passing on a curve

I can see if there where doing 20mph the will to pass em would be great. But I still never pass anyone on a blind curve.

Am I crazy, or does his rear tire break free and head sideways in there? Seems like maybe he tried to break hard after passing but before moving back into the correct lane, too much rear break, loosened up a tire...

Myself, I think Harleys should pull over and let the trucks pulling trailers pass instead of holding them up.
