ok at this point lets consider the lodge full .... and i will keep a running list of "alternates" incase folks cant make it and spots open up... so dont "not come" simply because the lodge is full... we will hunt down accomidations for others wishing to join in... im going to be calling the owners of the lodge tonight and try to get more details on what they are thinking for pitching a tent. and sometimes they offer suggestions or near by other accomidations... also we have camping near by and im sure hotels and ill be looking into details for folks for that

ok folks i have confirmed and sent deposit for this lodge... the other lodge set up had a wedding that weekend and was booked for the 28th... so here is where we are going..

it is max 10...the owner will allow 12 with additional fee of 20 per person per night... sooo... this has been reserved for the dates of JULY 26,27,28, leave on 29th... this is a thursday thru sunday. i can cut it back if not enough folks can or want to show up early on thurs. i will be getting a finnal price here in couple days 6% tax also and i will be asking for deposits as i need to fully pay 30days in advance. so ill break it down of how much per night per person once we get folks chimeing in. so start a running list of who and when like usuall.

we usually don't try to do more than what leaving at 10-11 am (for folks riding in don't have to start at midnight lol) then go to 5 or so with stop for lunch....and possible sight see and pic taking... thats the Saturday ride.... now given im starting this on a Thursday...just like the bash it gives folks time to meet and make up their own minds where to go and sight see

ok no i havent...what i suggest though...pm resident evil... ask him for a friends and family link... he will pm you one. i was able to allot cheaper rate that way. i can ask for group rate..but reality is...what group?? cant say i have "this many" showing up untill more actually express intrest... i paid in SC just this past weekend... a suiet with 2 double beds...4 adults at 59$ a night at comfort in useing his links.... thats 15 bucks a night for 4 shareing a room!!!

just a thought, but why don't you set up a Paypal account so us who plan on showing up can pay you ahead of time, instead of you riding a multi-hundred dollar expense for months on end.

This would both alleviate the burden of expenditure on you while also showing a commitment from those who are going by paying ahead of time.

this is the running total for the cabin and what nights they are staying. please feel free to pm or correct. also make sure shirt sizes so jeff can get a good running total

cost of cabin per person is 90 per person (based on everyone showing cost can go up a little bit if not due to its based on 15) for the weekend. i still have not figured out food costs yet. i will set up prepay at this point as i have already sent the deposit and first 20%. balance is due 30 days prior to staying. and will keep a running total of those who have paid. naturally at some point ill have to do a cut off if there hasnt been contact or prepay... that persons slot will be given up to others on alternate list.
