i set the deadline i believe as the 14th... im sending out the last warning phone calls ... the only person i cant really commit to is laurie (the snizzel) as i think she is in alaska..so lets see what comes out of next couple days...

ok we traditionally do my homemade chili on the first night when everyone is coming in...but since ive added a day (Thursday) and most are still not coming in till Friday, we will still be doing the "welcome" chili on friday night... now as for thursday if we want to plan a meal it really will depend on when folks come in...but saturday...if we want to do a main meal i could use some imput

now i originally set up to over book the cabin at 15 in case folks (due to normal life happening) are not able to make it... and the pre pay was set at 90 due to the hopes of 15 makeing it. (keep this in mind as when folks show up ill be haveing a adjustment as i have pre warned based on actually amount showing and pre paying and any additional food costs). so this being said i have been asked if folks can slide into spots vacated ... and ill give that the go ahead. so sportcustoms71 pm sent.

i just talked to lee here at Custom Motorcycle Seats | Motorcycle Seat Repair | Custom Harley Seats coordinateing to see if there is an intrest for the Haya's in the Hills of anyone wanting him to do thier seats while we ride (he offered loaner seats is that cool or what) since he is only 45 min away from gettysburgh in york pa and if i let him know a level of intrest he will keep the shop clear to do work for us specificly if we have any intrest at all in custom seats. so if you guys want it....let me know. (if i remember right the "tobin" seats are actually done by him) so quite a few members have his work.
