high speed collisions with animals...

I recently was crusing around 125 mph when a little chipmunk ran in front of me.  I wet my pants and grabbed the bars tightly--and missed the poor little critter by inches.  But I was wondering.  At speeds of 125 mph or greater...what would happen if I hit a rabbit?
A nice size racoon?

A moose?

I've seen pictures of a Triumph that split a deer in half and a 600 Kawi split one in half. Pretty gruesome with the insides exploding all over the bike and rider. Both riders did pretty good. I don't think the guy on the Truimph even layed his bike down.

I hit a turkey going around a turn. There was a flock of jakes crossing the road and I was moving (roughly 120 mph). Fortunately, I got down to about 90 mph and one of the jakes kind of bounced off my lower fairing and boot. No real damage done to me. The coyotes got a free turkey dinner though.
