here in the UK, it is now law that your not to use the phone when driving. but your be suprised to see how many still do. its only a £60 fine and 3 points. i thing it needs to be a driving ban, then people would stop using them when driving. anyway good luck with the knee opp and hope you make a speedy recovery.

I can't believe she didn't get a ticket

She received a failure to yield right of way ticket, and as of yesterday she is trying to dispute the the charge. I'm not positive, but I'll probably have to testify against her. I honestly don't think she'll be able to have the ticket dismissed.lease:

I really glad your OK... It is weird how you can feel so bad for an inanimate object. I just felt sorry for that proud busa on it's side being dragged onto the flatbed. Show's you where I'm at with motorcycles - I ascribe human attributes to them. They're my friends?!?!
