I have had some experience with many types of bearings but none with ceramic bearings. But there is no doubt in my mind that ceramic ball bearings are superior to steel ball bearings.
But I would like to know if the bearings in the video were "open" (no seals) or sealed such as would be necessary for the street.

Sealed, I normally pull the dust seals for full race applicaitons. I also add assembly lube...
