How comfy is the Busa?

Sitting in one position on any bike after a while will get you cramped. The adrenaline will numb it out though. I had an 03 SV 1000 necked before the 09 busa. It had a more upright position to it with foot pegs more forward than the busa. I would get just as cramped if not a little more than the busa. I can maintain a more comfortable posture on the busa. Cruisers kill my back after a while, the more I can lean over the tank the better.

I sold my 06 yellow/blue 1000rr to buy my black 09 Busa and it is WAY more comfortable!!!! I've had an R6, 600rr, and the 1000rr and the Busa is the most comfortable bike I've ever riden!

Moved from an st1300 to a busa and feel it is way more comfortable and definatley more powerfull . Bike is used for weekend and long trips.

:welcome:

And yes as everyone else has said, it is very comfortable. If it does not feel quite right when your get it, a few mods will make it perfect.:beerchug:

Take care and ride safe.

I just sold my ST1300 and had a Repsol CBR1000RR before that, do y'all figure the Busa would be somewhere in the midle of these two for comfort? My '09 silver should be here soon...
I have a ST1300 and a Busa. In stock form the Hayabusa will never compare with the ST1300 for all day comfort---never! With a few changes like riser plates,a new seat, touring windshield and lower pegs you can vastly improve the Hayabusa's touring capability. I doubt if you will ever get 800 - 1,000 mile days out of a Hayabusa like you can with a ST1300. The chain on the Busa needs lube every 400 or so miles.

1882....I am from Morgantown (Bridgeport Originally) and my other buddy that has a Gen2 lives in Bridgeport....We should get together sometime, the only thing better than 2 Busa's...is 3 Busa's  If you see an Orange/Black and Black/Silver Gen2 around, feel free to stop and say hey...after you catch up

It's all about the farkles... (which I am still adding to the Busa) .. on my XX I had Corbin seat, Givi wind screen, Helibars, lowered pegs and it was quite a comfy mile eater (well as comfy as anything can be after a 1500 mile day). I will be doing the same on my new Busa, MRA screen, bar risers, custom seat and lowered pegs as far as my comfort mods.

I have to agree, sold my 2005 Titanium CBR1000RR and haven't looked back, the Busa is great, very cofortable, just got the Suzuki touring screen and can't wait for my trip to houston on her (trying to convince the family to pitch in togeather for a seat on my B-day!)

rode one for 17hrs sat.

it had risers + heli bars. the brake reservoir does hit the windscreen at full llock though
