How did you arrive at your Username ?

AlphaQ is a euphemism. Draw your own conclusions. I left out the "up" at the end.

Joking really.. It is a martial art I am pioneering. "A new philosophy of Ultra-Violent Counter-Offense" and the letters Alpha and Q are for the two realms I have drawn the inspiration from. Look out for the book.

In the old days on the streets when you saw a stock looking car that would outrun unsuspecting people with hotrods, the car was refered to as a sleeper.
My green/black Busa looked stock with bling. Factory dual exhaust with bolt ons.
It made over 250hp on the nitrous.

My Orange 03 looked like a stock bike that was just blacked out and lowered. Still appeared to have the factory dual exhaust with bolt ons.
It made over 272hp.

They were both very fun bikes when you're riding down a straight hiway and some unsuspecting ZX-12 owner would roll up next to you and start downshifting and looking like they wanted to do something.

Everyone probably knows who Benhur is, and I have two kids, Ben and Heather. Like many others one that I usually use on forums.

My name is Chris Wood. i grew up in a southern family my dad started calling me Bubba. when i lived with chrisjp for some time growing up there were 3 Chris' in the house including myself so the nickname Bubba stuck to differentiate myself from the other 2. So when i accompanied chrisjp to the '11 busa bash i was introduced as Bubba to everyone so to avoid confusion as to who i was when i joined the org, BubbaWood was the obvious choice. (sorry bout the long drawn out story:poke: )

I'm too lazy to look and see if I answered this before . So:
Guero is a slang term for a light skinned person (and I am indeed light skinned at certain times of the year :) ), aero because a Honda Shadow Aero was my first 2 wheeled ride. It's easy for me to to remember and have been using it since 2006

Since many of the screen names I like were already chosen I created my own hybrid name.... ZRXMAX
ZR is a combination of ZR-1 from the ZR-1 Corvettes I have owned since 2001.
X is from the 1990 ZX-11 I use to own. This bike left an indelible mark in my mind ! Welcome to the 1st bike I owned that hauls butt and corners like its on rails. Went 176 indicated on it, I was impressed regardless of what the real speed was.
MAX... for the 1989 V Max I traded for the ZX-11. Lots of power but no frame or brakes to speak of. A fun bike until you want to turn at speed of stop fast.
Nobody uses ZRXMAX... so... I didn't have to compromise my acronym screen name.

This azzhole in highschool made fun of my 67 mustang, said it was a bondo buggy, then called me bondoman, then I actually got into doing bodywork when I was older, got my 1st computer in 2000,msn said I had to make up and email,so I said bondoman@msn.com but it was taken so I put a 1 in front of it. lol..... :banghead:

Playing Unreal Tournament I needed a user name, and was feeling especially cocky, so I thought about stud, but then rearranged the letters to dust.

Before I was into bikes, it was all about fast cars. Also, I'm 6'4". So naturally when I wanted a bike, I looked at many, but I was too awkward with leg positions. I bought the 2001 Busa as first bike, and rode it home 4 days after getting my license. Hooked ever since..

Local guy would call me Crazy! But he elongated it to sound like "kuh" "raaaaaazy" (<--- too many a's) So I shortened it.

My daughter's friends and classmates have always called me that for many years now (she's 15 now).

It was 2002, i was 15 years old or so. I ride my bike with a friend over to the local motorcycle shop. (not into bikes at the time)We walk around checking out the bikes and atvs and i come across this bad a•• silver bike. I sat on it and said fell in love. Turns out to be a hayabusa. 10 years later or so i came to own one same color, but turbo :) its everything i thought it would be! Awsome thread. good to see how some of your names came to be, very interesting. Ride on and ride safe.

Well I am a member of an indie label band and my stage name is "sick"..that also being my old art signature. Also I currently ride a nice little CBR1000rr

Well, in the military my fellow Marines knew that my CO (Commissioned Officer) had a hard on for me so they called me Cappo, short for Captain, out of spite for him. Boy was that guy a prick. Now that we are both Discharged he's a pretty cool guy and turns out, he admitted to me that he saw the potential in me and just wanted to (in his words) "try to forge steel with fire".??? PRICK:rofl:
