How I added a GPI behind the tech.

This is a 10 year old thread, OP hasn't been seen for 7 years . . good luck with an answer.
Don't worry BusaB, I've done it myself from time to time. Worse is when you follow an old link and get the 404 page.
These days @RedBusarider only comes around once every few months so, may be awhile. Looks like he last was here in March of last year.

good evening everyone guys, so I found the solution.

I contacted several people around the world who had found a way to do this project, but guess what?? they are all damned thieves who ask you +200$ for even just a piece of information:redface:, which is really ridiculous given that we are talking about motorcycles over 20 years old, and maybe that is exactly the reason why these damned people want to make you pay, because today's motorcycles already have a gear indicator. really ridiculous...

anyway, having made this little vent I already tell you that I am an electronics expert, and therefore I solved the problem by myself, spending less than 50€, and since I am for freeware I will explain to you step by step what I did so that you can also repolice it for free on your hayabusa.

PS:
this bike should be a passion, a sport that unites us and not separates us, where you only think about making money and screwing others, so get ready for what I'm about to explain...

I will post the guide in this post:

Good work. Yes it shouldn't be rocket science, not a simple circuit. The internet of thieves is full of plagiarizers. They'll grab a free manual somewhere and then ask for $50 for it. Over the years I have become very adept at sourcing the original free stuff, it takes a bit of searching, but it's always out there.
