How many are scared of the busa

It was never "fear", but more a "respect" for its capabilities.

nope! While I realize I can get hurt speed doesn't bug me and I trust my riding even though weird things happen and I could get hurt, I can get hurt doing anything walking down flight of stairs, driving my pickup, drinkin at the bar, skiing, scuba diving, mowing my lawn, if you live life scared, you will never really live. My .02 cents

As most will say, it is more respect than fear. However, I have, on many occasions, made my self say Holyshit. All the while I was drawing a vacuum on the seat and laughing my a$$ off.

I turn fear into focus. So the more I draw from the Busa, the more focused I become.

As for how many fear its capabilities ... well ... I'd say 97% of those who ride anything else. The other 3% just don't know any better.

I ride the crap outta mine. I respect it but when I'm on the road, I'm much more afraid of the cager(s) around me then the bike under me.

The Busa is a beast that I give much respect too, but I have spent more time in more powerful and dangerous things than the it. That is probably why I got it in the first place to quench a thirst. Now I feel like I have to pee every hour I drink so much!!!

Riding scared is not a good idea. Being aware of the power, and taking very measured approach - that's the way to go.

Exactly.

Though I will admit I have caught myself offguard once or twice. Didn't result in fear, but reminded me to pay attention and take it seriously. ;)

The guy on the bike I pull up next to at the light is scared of the busa.
