How much hp can s2000's support?

Greg,

Garry has 0-100 psi pressure sensors he bought from me that work excellent for logging fuel pressure.

Thanks Greg
I remembered a fair bit of info was in an SHOrg thread but couldn't think who who had done the testing logging fuel .. Should have known

I haven't checked price yet but an Aussie company lists several , local is easier to pick up the phone and ask lots of dumb questions.

We use druck at work for brake pressure sensors (0-3000 psi) they work well. Probably pretty expensive, the ones I sold to Garry are $300 new I think, I got them from some powertrain guys.

I saw some listed on ebay, seems like a tad over $100 for a 0-5 volt pressure sensor.

Well I dynoed my **** last weekend here is what I ended up with:
12psi(10lb spring and 2lbs of creep at peak)262hp, AFR 11.6-1

20psi=316hp out of fuel, AFR was like high 13s with the PCIIIUSB with "90s"
18psi=311hp out of fuel, AFR was 13.0
17psi=300hp with the AFR around 12.0 until 9400 then it starts to lean out out. By 10.4k it was 12.6 to 1. Thats where we left the regulator set but I am not going to run it like that.

Yesterday I re-wired the fuel pump with an additional relay and heavy gauge wire. It seems to have smoothed out the static fuel pressure a lot. Also I raised my static up to 30psi when hot from 28psi cold/warm which usually equalled 25-26psi when hot. Now my bike seems a little rich but its smoother. Also my max FP now is like 110psi when it used to only hit 100psi. I am gonna ride it for a while like this on low boost but I would like to change to the bosch HD fuel pump, larger fuel lines etc.

Either way it should have made way more power then it did for the boost level. 17psi should have made 320hp. oh well, its still a turd.

alan sounds more like a fuel pressure pump problem then the injectors. because your way under what s2000s should max at and you were way under what stock injectors should make . just my 2 cents.

Cool, yeah 380 hp is very impressive for S2000's.

I am doing a 2 stage gear based controller for his other bike I think it is.
