my s2000 with 29psi the make is at -18 at idle

The plugs are black and sooty. It runs rich, I need to get the ecu reflashed, I'm working 7/10s in the middle of nowhere La. I really have no time. It's time to quit this job and go back to Florida.Fuel pressure is 68 psi on the 1st stage of boost which is 8psi but creeps to 9 or 10 psi. If it stays at 8psi the fuel pressure is at 60-61 psi.
