How to remove 100HP restriction on a 2003 Hayabusa

Healtech Which makes the GIPro is in Hungary. Maybe they might have an answer for you and they are local to you if I understand correctly that you are in Hungary. Can't hurt to try.

All of this still wouldn't address the issue of the immobilizer for him. Is that being bypassed yet for our European counterparts?

I think I got the answer on the ECU Hacking site ;)
Pin 21 remove and should be taking care of my problem. I will try on this weekend.

Hi!

Old thread, I see that, but the gen 1s are still patrolling the roads, so still relevant I assume.
I bought my first Hayabusa, a 04 model. 98 HP in the papers but advertised as 175 hp.
Asking the seller about it, he admitted to the "wire cut trick".
But when test driving, it was as if the bike hit an invisible wall at 8000 rpm, and it was just out of breath.
Obviously, the restrictor is still in full force.
Upon inspection, I found pin 21 (black wire with brown dots) to be cut already from the bigger of the two connectors.
My bike has ECU code 32920-24FH0. Bike was bought new in Norway.

Is there different restrictors, with different countries? Years?

How did it turn out for you, almano? Did cutting 21 do the trick?

Bikes in France were indeed limited to 106hp until a few years ago. They've retroactively lifted that restriction but only for ABS-equipped motorcycles — meaning that gen1 Hayabusas cannot legally be set back to full power on French roads (and that's why I keep mine registered in Switzerland ;)).

AFAIK, the power is limited both by the ECU and by an extra part that obstructs the injectors ("cales de gicleurs" in French). You'll find more details here: Débridage hayabusa – Bienvenue chez Stéphane

Some years seem to have different wiring setups and some have no extra parts at all. See here: Débridage K8 à K10 – Bienvenue chez Stéphane

I suggest keeping these parts, BTW. They're really hard to find and will be useful if you ever need to make that bike road legal again.
