I emailed Superbike Mike and told him how he is being slammed on the Boards(Hayabusa.org,Dragbike.com and LaBusas) for his screwed up work.This is what he emailed me.If you have had problems with I suggest you email him.Seems like he's blaming everyone else for his screw ups.

Where you are from.
I've been in business for almost 29 years and we've had complaints from less
than 2% of the customers. I guess you can't make everybody happy. It's the
annoying whiners that are the most difficult to deal with effectively. Most of
these kind of people just don't take responsibility for their own actions and
are always looking to blame someone else when something breaks. We also have to
deal with a lot of petty jealousy from those that aren't able to perform at the
level we do.
I have a lot more to say about this, if you want a rebuttal.
