I don't like waking up, I've got my morning timed to the.minute. so. With an 18 mile all highway drive to work, I'd say 140 in the AM when I'm still sleepy and bury it on he way home.

No traffic commute, 80 to 90 mph. On interstates on tour, 80-90 mph because above that the added use of fuel mpg will cause extra stops for refueling and make you slower overall on the trip.
Over here there are no speed limits on the freeway (sweet!). Normal cruising speed is 200-250 km/h (you do the imperial math...) with the occasional "Oh my God" warp speed. Fuel consumption is brutal at top speed. One €24 gas tank goes in 140 km. Ouch. Bridgestone's BT 015 lasts 3500 km.
Life's expensive on the fast lane
80-90 seems good to me. Posted limits most of the way to work are around 45, which is ridiculous. I'm generally twice that, which is probably going to be very expensive one day.
Probably around 100 - 120 on the interstates and 80 to 90 on the highway. I have 50 miles each way to work everyday. That would be the cruising speeds of course you have the 180 mph bursts.
