If there were no speed limits...

I don't like waking up, I've got my morning timed to the.minute. so. With an 18 mile all highway drive to work, I'd say 140 in the AM when I'm still sleepy and bury it on he way home.

I'd peg it, then I could keep up with all the 600's that "can do 170 mph"

That's funny how many of us love the 100 - 120 mph must be the sweet spot for cruising ?

depends on traffic, road conditions, and climate.

anything over 160 is just to much work for long distances.

No traffic commute, 80 to 90 mph. On interstates on tour, 80-90 mph because above that the added use of fuel mpg will cause extra stops for refueling and make you slower overall on the trip. :beerchug:

Over here there are no speed limits on the freeway (sweet!). Normal cruising speed is 200-250 km/h (you do the imperial math...) with the occasional "Oh my God" warp speed. Fuel consumption is brutal at top speed. One €24 gas tank goes in 140 km. Ouch. Bridgestone's BT 015 lasts 3500 km.
Life's expensive on the fast lane

Seems like everytime I look down at the speedometer I'm running 85, so I guess that would be the number.

80-90 seems good to me. Posted limits most of the way to work are around 45, which is ridiculous. I'm generally twice that, which is probably going to be very expensive one day.

100 TO 115 good relaxing Cruise Speed on the highway. Tool playing on the Ipod..

On the interstate... 75 - 90mph.

Around town usually 45ish.... depends..

The bike feels good at 90 on the interstate, I'd definitely invest in a double bubble. As stated by many it really depends on conditions.

Probably around 100 - 120 on the interstates and 80 to 90 on the highway. I have 50 miles each way to work everyday. That would be the cruising speeds of course you have the 180 mph bursts.
