Insurance cost

...and they'll pay you $3500 if you total it(assuming that's full coverage).
I'de hate to think what it would be if it was insured for what it's really worth(big $ turbo for those that don't know).

My new policy includes $1,000 for additional equipment plus actual value of the bike’s damages.

More so, where is Wuzza's new bike thread, with details, pics, opinions, etc??
He knows the rules.

I didn’t think anyone would want info on a non Busa so I didn’t start a new thread.

Most of us here like all bikes, especially a new model anything.
That retro look makes the new Kawasaki really interesting too.
Start a new thread and post up(so it's searchable).
I'de love to ride one of those.

Let me get a few miles on it, supposed to rain the next three days anyway. Try a test ride at a dealer if you can. My dealer was easy, just sign their waiver and show em your license. Turning off the traction control the front end will come up with ease and as good as you are lifting the front, you’d like this one just fine.

Start one!
All I really want to know is if they got the sound right....Big kaws have always had quite a bit of intake and valvetrain noise, and when you whack the throttle they sound like they mean business...

No valve train noise but the intake growl is badass! The ads say the exhaust is ‘tuned’ and it does have a sweet howl when you hit it.

the only thing that crosses my mind is theft... and ive taken great steps to prevent that.... even in storage... its inside a heated building and I have to pick up the rear of the bike and inch it forward.... pick the rear up again.... move further forward... takes me a half hour to an hour just to get it into the locker...

I have also put thought into this. I put accessory coverage I think of $15k incase its stolen or whatever.

Comprehensive is what covers theft and when dealing with a new company recently I learned that they consider hitting a deer to be covered under comp, vs collision as it’s considered an act of god, something unavoidable. If I hit a tree it’s collision but a coyote or deer, comprehensive.:) Doesn’t cost much more to have a low deductible for comp either, vs collision.
