Omslaw I live north of the river close to the I29 & I35 split.Since you live so far south I would have no problem meeting you somewhere in Jo. county. I.m trying to get some of the guys I see down on the plaza to go, and I hope you Know some guys who may want to go too. Although all the bikes with the exception of one Aprilla were Hayabusas on our last ride I'm sure the guys would welcome anyone regardless of what kind of bike they ride. I am going to have to sit this one out for sure guys. I am flat broke right now. Also with gas prices up, I'll be piling miles up on the bike for gas savings(unless it sells) and by the time October hits, I'm sure I'll be in need of a new rear tire, which I will have to put on the back burner since there will be no extra funds available, and park the bike early this year. BUMMER!

I ride around the lake quite a bit. Nice roads and relaxy ride. 169hwy is rough. But we have allot good country roads out here Z highway is a good one to loop around to I 29 on.

If you came through Trimble you were less than one mile from me.

I don't get a chance to get out much between the wife, kids and jobs.

Believe it or not I haven't even ever raced my Busa! So the first guy to go against me is probably going to get a big head. My bike has a 6 over arm etc. I just spin the tire everywhere I go. But have never really practiced from a start.

There are some pretty good roads up north. Hwy. H and Hwy10 from Liberty are interesting. Also 5 Hwy. from K C Ks. to Lansing is also good. let me know sometime on sunday and we can check them out.

Oct. 2 nd. is what we are shooting for.Greg, we shure hope you can make it. We won't need to have world class twisties to have a great time. We have some time to think about the route.

Great news usmc busa, we will be happy to have you join us. Right now we are talking about meeting at hooters. Do you like hooters? HA HA we will let you know when we have worked out the details. Looks like we could have a few guys from the Omaha area for you to ride with to Des Moines. I'm working on an updated list now. will post asap.
