Havent posted here in a while but have been lurking and reading.
Strange how the world works, For the last 7 yrs I have been working for a man that I couldnt stand, He was nothing more than a prick, One of those guys that was raised a rich kid and threw tantrums when he didnt get his way. He didnt care about anyone but himself.
He always showed somewhat of an interest in my Busa and my VTX when I would ride them to work, He would ask me about them and told others he was waiting for the day when I didnt show up because I was in a wreck.
About 8 months ago he bought a Can Am Spider, He was very proud of it and seemed as if he wanted my approval, We began to talk more and he would show me what all he had done to it ( unlimited resources ) I have to admit he had it looking pretty good. As time went by he became more of a human being riding all the time and wanted to be my freind, I found myself starting to enjoy talking with him, Within the last month I considered him a freind as well as my employer.
Sun. evening my freind and employer were taken from me when he rear ended a truck at a stop light, Were not quite sure why he didnt see the truck, The light had turned green and the truck was starting to accelerate but his closing speed was to fast. He was not wearing a helmet or any type of gear, ( Yes I had told him on many occasions to do so )
Rest in peace, I can honestly say if he would have passed away 1 yr ago I would not cared in the least, This bike changed this man so much is was incredible.
