is something wrong/bent with my swingarm?

Sorry to hear that, my condolences.
Thank you!

So I just had a chance to check so I put something net to the wheel and spun it and it looks like the wheel is straight.(as far as I can tell)
Now, how can I check the axle, swingarm and chain to find the problem?

sorry about your father that sucks,,my apologies..

as for your chain issue the problem is the extensions,,I have ran into that before due to improper fit into the slots on the factory arm.The extention isn't going in far enough into the slot. Couple options,,remove the back wheel, then take a straight edge,,like a nice big steel ruler and hold it to the inside of the left side extension. If there is a gap between ruler and the stock swingarm and the gap gets bigger the further you go our on the ruler then you know for sure.
You can space the wheel over to the right using big azz washers or use a dremel to open the slot and make the extension go into the slot further. Easiest is the washer thing.
Thank you
I will check with straight edge and update

dude you can look at the pic and see they are not straight, tell me this,if you loosen the axle nut all the way up you probably have a large gap between the arm and wheel spacers????.

All I can tell you is it is dead nuts even with a straight edge...
Also I took apart the hub and cush drive is fine nothing in there all looks good.

I checked the rear sprocket and axle and both are straight. :headache:
has to be chain or extensions I guess... but the extensions where even with swingarm and
the adjustment notches lined up evenly on both side,

extensions!! I have seen it to many times!!! do this,,take them off,put it back like stock and see if it lines up right!

You need to measure the rear axle on both sides to the Swingarm pivot center to center. Do not use the marks, they are probably off. Usually happens on weld up extensions like this.

Yes do the obvious!! Wheel alignment is always overlooked. Everybody trusts the hash marks, even the factory swingarm ones can be off. Common with Road Racers as they are always rushing to change out tires. I am not saying this is all of it but this should always been done if you want to have your chain/sprockets to last as long as possible.
