i suggest measuring from the connection point of the swing arm back to the rear axle. I bet this is your problem. If the chain only has 50 miles on it i would doubt that is the issue. What kind of chain is it? cheap chain wont hold up to the bus very well.

It is a EK 530zvx2

Dont trust in the marks. And never the extensions
get one of these. Not expensive and one of the best tools and easy to handle to check the alignment.
