Issue with my recent stator cover upgrade?

It was a sad day for Michelle...I'll never hear the end of having a trailer queen from the Harley guy I live with(DR1300R @ Jul. 24 2007,16:15) I agree on a allen bolt backing out or 1 of the pad bolts backed out..
However take the Woodcraft cover off for an inspection before starting him up again..
And what ever you do DON'T let Mike sell him for beer..
I did not get any time to pull him down and see what's wrong...seems a buddy of mine on a CBR1000 must have known it was a good night to show up on his bike and show off his new bling while mine's broken down
I'm actually pretty worried about what I might find...girl in me I guess LOL I hate that my baby's broken...

And for what it is worth, my son asked me this question a long time ago: "Daddy, why are all the bikes I see on trailers Harleys?" He's right! 99% of the trailered bikes I see are Hardleys.......
I guess the Hardley R.U.B. crowd can't take a good long ride any more....
Yes, and I do trailer mine too sometimes.... It's all in fun, so no flaming me anyone....

Tom, I came in this morning and rec'd this email from my friend that owns Moby (the bike that Mike crashed when he hit that Camaro in the mountains nearly 2 years ago)...

So, I reminded him that I have photos of several Busa guys and one big Honda riding fella getting Moby back on the road...as if only the Harley guys help! Please...

Didn't get the Busa home 'til 7 p.m., then had unexpected company, kids were hungry, it was a late night and I never even opened the tool box
Tonight...I almost stayed home today because it's really bugging me LOL Nice excuse for the boss 'eh? "But, I needed to fix my motorcycle!"
If it makes you feel any better, Ceaser is not alone. Not that my Busa is a trailer queen, but I couldn't justify killing a set of tires riding 1,600 miles of slab.
