(VaBusa @ Jul. 25 2007,13:21) Tom, I came in this morning and rec'd this email from my friend that owns Moby (the bike that Mike crashed when he hit that Camaro in the mountains nearly 2 years ago)...
<span style='color:red'>"Riding down the road, in a car or on a bike, Harley riders are usually on the look out for stranded riders. We know and accept the fact that even though our bikes are beautiful they are not always reliable. When a non Harley bike is on the side of the road, only a select few will cross the line to offer assistance. You must be very proud of Mike. The grapevine has revealed that a non Harley bike was stranded and being the exceptional Harley rider that he has shown himself to be, he crossed the line and provided assistance. Just imagine if that rider were you and relief you would feel to have Mike come to your rescue. Now that the bull has been spread as thick as it can, how's the bike?"</span>
So, I reminded him that I have photos of several Busa guys and one big Honda riding fella getting Moby back on the road...as if only the Harley guys help! Please...
The razzing had begun...I keep telling 'em Suzuki didn't fail me...it was my shotty installation of the stator cover that brought the beast down
Such drama!
