Any body using a two step on a no bar bike? If so, what are your launch rpm and with what wheelbase? I'm wondering if 6+ over bike will be stable when launched at WOT 3-4k rpm.

6in. over will not have a problem launching from that. I was launching close to 6000 slipping the clutch good from the hole at that length. If clutch is dropped, I wold think 3-4 should be fine. ??? I think, depending on your bike of course

Hello everyone!! I'm new to the forum and new to motorcycle drag racing! I own a 2000 Hayabusa, stock motor, 4" stretch, lowered in the rear and 2" in the front. Power commander 3, air shifter and full dual exhaust. The only time I was able to go to the track I launched it at 3000 rpm and spun the tires. (shinko stealth) Weather has been horrible so far I plan on going in a few days to get some seat time and try out some of the tips I just read on this thread. Much appreciated! Will update soon...any and all feedback is welcomed

Here is a video from this weekend. I staged at 5k, it flashed to about 8k, and then settled back down a little. I had a 1.59 60 foot on a stock bridgestone tire and stock wheelbase. I hope to get better with some more practice
