the banning of pot in the states was racially motivated initially... (cocaine was also banned largely in part to racial issues as well.. go figure)

This is true, It till this day...an herb fills prison yard's

I agree, it should be legal. I've smoked it all of one time in my life, and that was over 20 years ago. I didn't even like it, but i would much rather be driving down the road amongst a bunch of stoners than a bunch of drunks.

they are going to keep drinking an now they will be smoking too so get yourself ready. I Don't think it should be legal an I think they should ban cigarettes an tobacco too. But lets keep the assault weapons leave the guns please.
