NickSlick.. like I said, they checked on me in the ditch. I said I was okay. They left. Took me a while before I could even get up at that point. Still no energy, hard to move around... very lucky I am.

I've seen worse injuries with lesser wrecks,
I've seen rideable bikes with harder/faster wrecks,
Now I've seen a different side. The front side of a car coming at me while I was tumbling down the road....... be careful.

One more thing...I know you are not a racist. You might want to downplay that part of the story since it appears to be irrelevant. If I didn't know you, I would think that you vwery well might be one.

Thanks Greg. I can see why that may come across the wrong way, but here I deal with legal property issues and special treatment that they get here. I will change the post... but like I said, that is way of life here and actually does matter as far as laws and such are concerned.

I know most all the native americans in this area. they have a refuge and other property blocks away from here. The interesting part was in the 6 years I've been here, I never saw them or their car ever before. That is the only reason the subject came up.
Now I sound like I'm backin the bus up.... jeez. can a guy get some slack??!!.......

Cache, I'm sorry to hear about this crash. If the pain gets nasty, get a 'scrip for something to help out. And let us all know if there is anything we can do. I hope both you and your Busa come out of this healthy after a little fixing up.

It is a pity the folks you tried to pass didn't stop and stay with you until the paramedics arrived. Form their prespective, your crash must have seemed very spectacular and I'm surprized they weren't more concerned for you.
