Well,hmmm,let me see ??? I have no idea what was done to them while they are in your possesion,they can be damaged or the nozzles can be bent. Just because they havent been spray means nothing of you damage them. So if you sell them to someone else and they are not installed properly then guess who they are going to call,me. There is a reason why you have to fill out a warranty card with your name and address on something that you buy or didnt you know that. :cookoo::cookoo: Now go and burn up more parts and spin more bearings. :moon::moon:

You really think I need to sabotage your product? I'm not that shallow nor am I that trifilling. One is still in your packaging untouched. I'm sure I'm not the only one who can see how hateful you are. Did I make the baby cry? Boo hoo. Get over it dude. Like I said, I have not said anything bad about you or your product now will I sink to your level but you constantly attack me as a technician and my competence along with Toxsick and yourself with the name calling. Who's hating who? If my customers decided they didn't want your product then you should be happy if someone that wants it buys it. I'll put it like this, anyone who is interested in purchasing these NEW spraybars I will send them to Gixx first for inspection and if he feels they are fine he will ship them out to you. Can't get no better than that. Its not hurting me for them to sit cause I have nothing invested in them, I'm just trying to help my customers out.

If your not hateful why keep up the insults? Your not hurting my feelings. And you said you wouldn't help anyone that bought your units second hand. So lets say I buy 10 of them to sell in my shop (:rofl:) would the people that buy them get support?

Being an Authorized distributor is different than a person buying one. As a distributor for any of my Products I would expect you to keep a record on who you sell to. That way if I get a call from one of your customers saying they bought one of my products from you I can call you to confirm the date of purchase. Buy one through a distributor or from me and you get tech support and a warranty.

Ok, lets get to the bottom of this. I was the one who purchased BOTH spraybars. You refused to give a refund on NEW items. I even contacted you about the spraybars and all you were worried about is if KingoftheCoast told me not to use them, if he forced me into a wet shot etc... I can post your replies if you want too see them because I did keep them. I even offered to keep the opened pack and send the unopened one back and you wanted to give me $175 for both, NEW!!! Then you told me I would be better off selling them on my own. Then you come on here blocking the sale of the spraybars. I never said they were no good, just decided to go another route. You have no clue what I built, you never asked. You let personal feelings get in the way of business. Thats not a good combination. If anything else I think you owe your customers an apology, not bickering back and forth like an adolescent. You have damaged any chance of me ever purchasing anything from you in the future, dont loose any other future customers that may be watching this. The customer is always right, especially when the retailers sense of judgement is enfluenced by factors outside of the transaction of the purchase.

I have a few questions for you:

1. Why are you not standing by your product? They are the same ones you wanted to give me $175 for.

2. Why are you trying to stop the sale of the items?

3. Why are you letting personal/business interests come in between you and a customer?

4. If the bars were so great when you were selling them to me, whats downgrading them now?

Can you please answer these questions for me? Since you do keep those excellent business records you know exactly who I am. If you forgot:

JMHO here, But what smart business person is going to buy back a part or service he's sold to someone, JUST BECAUSE THEY "CHANGED THEIR MIND" ??? How is this not standing behind his product, its not like it didnt work as advertised, or was broke? You changed your mind because the builder couldnt figure it out. Even AFTER admitting to him you changed your mind, he STILL offered to buy it back at a reasonable price, consider restocking fee, aggravation fee, and NOW he cant really sell as NEW ANYMORE(at least one of them). Thats ALOT more than MOST would do!
That would be like drake selling a dyno run to me, then afterwards i said "na, i dont really understand the numbers....keep the dyno chart, i want my $$$ back" Come on Now ???

If I were you I would stop replying. Your answers are getting more and more rediculous.

The reason why I figured he would give a refund was because he talked with Drake and that was the conclusion. The money isnt an issue. That little money isnt going to make me miss a meal(trust me). Its about principle. As a matter of fact they are already sold. I sold them CHEAP, along with a MSD digital Window switch. Sometimes its not whats done, its the manner in which it was done. And further more, I wasnt talking to you. Did you sell me any spraybars? The post was for GIXX to respond not you.
 
Well yes I offered to buy them back when I really have no obligation to do so. I was trying to help you out and you refused. This is between me and Drake and now you want to get involved. It is no secret that I said I would buy them back. If you do a search on this board then you would know this. Why should I give a 100% refund on my Spraybar when it was Drake who talked you into not using it. Does that make any sense? I am in no way trying to block Drake from selling anything. I am sticking by my Business policy,PERIOD. And to answer you questions

1. I do stand behind my products
2. Not trying to stop Drake from selling anything, Just following my Business Policy
3. What customer are you referring to? Drake is not one of my Customers.
4. There is nothing down grading them

And yes I know who you are BigJ,part of C4 Racing. I sold you a spraybar on March 13th 2008 and the 2nd Spraybar on July 2nd,2008. Now 6 months after I sell you the first one you expect a 100% refund? 2 Months after you buy the 2nd one you expect a 100% refund? I dont know of any place that will give you a refund after that time period even if the package is unopen. If you would like to see the transaction just let me know.
