Well CHECK THIS OUT! Last time i checked this is a "public" forum! If you dont want other people to comment maybe you should try PM-ing or E-mailing him. I for ONE am a happy customer of Gixx1300R, and WILL VOICE my opinion anytime i feal it necessary. You come on a "PUBLIC" forum board airring dirty laundry and expect it to be private? Now who's sounding rediculous?

OK I will try to make you understand. A distributor must fill out an application,fax me a business license and a Tax I.D number. All of this is in case the I.R.S decides to audit. And until I get that you are not an authorized distributor. I can sell to individuals all day long since the price on my Spraybars all ready included sale tax.
 
Ok, I am the customer I am referring to. How is the response about no tech support not blocking a sale? Please make me understand this. Its not an issue really, its over. The bars are sold, i just have to pick them up when I get my bike. The problem I had was your response to selling the spray bars. I think you really owe your customers an explanation. If I were looking into trying one for the 1st time this may be an issue for me.

When I purchased both items you were cool as hell, but when I contacted you about not using them, your whole personality changed. All you had to do was state your policy and it would have been no hard feelings. It still isnt, I didnt use your product and NEVER DID BAD MOUTH IT !!!! Still hadnt done it. Sold it to a real good friend of mine, I was honest and told him its a good product, it just didnt fit into what I was doing. I even sold him a MSD digital window switch(used), I bet MSD will give give support. I purchased 2 Schnitz 5dial boxes(used), I bet we get support on those too. But its over now, no hard feelings and wish you the best with your design.

OK what are you talking about? You asked for a refund. I said no refund but I would buy them back for $175.00. You said no, I then said throw them up in the for sale section. How is that a personality change? Is Drake feeding you misinformation? I never said you were bad mouthing anything. Your name,screen name or anything about you has never come up on this board until Drake directed you to this thread and got you involved.The No Tech support on 2nd hand bars is because when does it end. A spraybar can pass through many owners for many years. There has to be a cut off date and it is up to me to decide when that is since I went through the trouble and dollars of R&D,Protoypes,testing and getting a patent.

What makes you think I couldn't "figure this out"? I figured more "out" about it than you will ever know. The biggest problem here is the whole "no tech support" crap he put up cause these guys didn't want to take that big of a loss on the product with the refund he offered. He pretty much sabotaged the sale. Can't get more childish than that. Especially after I offered to send them back to him to inspect first.
And if you were closer where I could sell you a dyno run you would be on here behind me with this discussion. 100%.

1. It was you who initially said there was an issue with my Spraybar
2. Then you turn around a try to sell 2 kits


The fact that you initially stated that is an issue with my spraybar is an attempt to slow or stop sales. I have already post links to other Tuners and customers that have stated that it works. And you are attempting to dispute that. I asked you to post the "issue" that you have an you didnt do it. So what does that conclude?
 
That concludes I'm not a hater. You have showed a few that loves it but I know many who would say different. I don't like any spray bars, not just yours. They are sold now so the point is mute. I wish you nothing but good luck and hope your product keeps getting better.

Hey, who's bike is the silver one?? It's got a Busa front with a, what looks to be, a 91-92 gsxr tail section and tank. Looks pretty cool....
As for the other bike, ouch. I watched a guy do that last year on a juiced ZX12. Tried to spank it in 2nd with 125hp shot.... didn't work too well....
