Macfast Passed Away

I keep thinking about one of he last conversations that I had one on one with him... He was having an intermittent issue with his gauges and he asked to look at it or him. While I was looking at it, how told me how much he appreciated all the stuff that Omar and John and Hal and I have done for people at the Bash- I told him that saying that meant a lot to me, since he was one of the guys that I could always count on to be there and to make me laugh. I am really glad that I got to say that to him- not what I would have said if I knew- but I am good with it. Rest in Peace Greg... You'll pull 200 no sweat now:)

First, off, Do3, Thanks for sharing the pics!
Second, as Shawn stated, Greg im sure there is nothing in your way any more, that 200MPH hat is now yours!

Since Greg, had his crash, he and i had had several late night conversations, about anything you could have think of, while he was rebuilding his bike.
He was a very out going person and full of life , i only wished that i had spent more time with him!
He will be sadly missed, by friends, as well as his family!

Terrible news. My condolences and best wishes for his family. He now rides with no limts. Rest in peace.

Thanks so much for going Robert, and sharing with us all. Greg will be sorely missed around here and at the Bash...so thankful for having known him...

i dont know what to say... greg and i didnt talk much...i remember him at the bash and added him to my Facebook...im am truly sorry i never got enough time in to gain a new friend. RIP greg and deepest condolences to the family

thanks for sharing the pics, i really wish i could have been there to pay my respects...he was a class act with a constant grin and always ready to help anyone at a moment's notice, the kind of guy that made anywhere he was a better place!

Glad you were able to get to the funeral, Robert. I almost didn't make it to the Bash this year, but I am even more glad that I did now. I only talked with Greg briefly, but the words have so much mor meaning now.

An update for all you guys, we still aren't really sure what happened, but think that his heart gave out on him. Robert, thanks for showing up and posting pics, sorry i didn't get to speak to you, but there were so many people in attendance. For everyone who wishes they could have been there, Greg's ashes were buried in the Honda fuel tank. People at the ceremony were also able to write their goodbyes on the gas tank and his helmet which was given back to his wife. Thanks everyone for the kind words and prayers. Joe

So many family and friends, I spoke briefly with Joseph but couldn't get close to Debbie. I did get to make one last good pass on 301 for my friend. He loved opening it up out there.

I know that plenty of people are there to help but if any of you need anything just give me a shout, just get pissed off sitting here thinking about missing the Bash.

Big prayer sent out to all of you :please:
