Watching a video with Ruben Xaus he says Avintia has run out of time/patience on trying to get Karel higher up the finishing board.

Zarco originally turned down an Avintia offer because of non competitive bikes.

Avintia Now have 2019 Dukes not 2yr old bikes Zarco may be swayed.

The rider will be contracted to Ducati and ride for Avintia.

Its the one that hadnt had surgery, i guess a bit of preventive maintenance now cause he knows what could happen, gives him alot of time for recovery.
