I believe this incident is called an unforced error... ST 1300 in a heap! 22K to the tax payer, medical and transport costs! Not withstanding the on going dialog - the motocop screwed up. I'm glad he's OK... He used poor judgement, however, this doesn't make him/her miscreant. Quite sure the incident will be reviewed and action taken.
