Bobby, there's more power and torque all the way up and down the range. The sound is like a roar now. The bike is running so much different. For me the seat is always the most important test and this box believe it or not has produced more percievable results than the pipe and PC2 ever did. You'll be very happy. I also firmly believe that this mod really is maximized by really good exhaust like the muzzy or akro. The long stacks work wonders, the bike must be taking in triple the amount of air it was before which is complemented by the exhaust. Your gonna be sold just like me.

I'm kinda stuck at 10.4, bone-stock, admittedly launching like I'm in the parking lot at the DMV. I should be able to see 10.2 with one tooth off the front sprocket, just kicking it in the *** a little bit.

Everything went out today, same shitty box you sent it in. What should I use to seal around the frame? Tape will blow off, need something stronger.

There are some things not being mentioned here such as velocity. Too much preasure may cause too much velocity although I dont think a simple ram air can do that but the theory is that too much velocity will blow out the spark from the spark plug. So if that hasnt happened increase the ram air ducts size and opening until this does happen then reduce slightly then you will have maximum airflow. Just my two cents worth.

No, you can't "blow out" an electrical spark just like that. How do ya think plugs work in a top fuel dragster running 20% overdriven superchargers on nitro?

I didnt know you could even blow out an electrical spark as long as electricity has a ground and not too much resistance its going somewhere...I dont think it will blow out. Now I do know its harder to ignite fuel mixtures in higher cylinder pressures....maybe this is what you mean?

sorry could not resist.yes i used to get flame out on my kz with only a dyna s and 10 1/2 - 1 pistons and 25-30#of boost.but i did get wax pistons though so i guess it was kinda like a candle.
