My damn bike was stolen.

Unbelievable! It's like someone kidnapping your child. I'll be on the lookout as well. I am in the Hampton area, practically right up the street so if I see it I'll holla at cha. Low life Cowards!

She's insured, plus I have gap so it's not going to cost me anything, but frankly I don't care. I want my girl back. Between a divorce, a crash, and 47K miles you kinda get attached to those things that have been there with that history.

I am somewhat glad I didn't catch them in the act, that could have been bad news.

The thefts were in Warner Robbins, about 60 miles south of me. This bike lives tucked away between my house, a camper, and isn't readily visible from the road. Someone has been watching, scoping this out for awhile. No I didn't have it locked, tied down, alarms or whatnot. That stuff rarely slows those guys down any, but I wish I had done something since they pushed it 150 feet through my yard, damn Roadloc looks mighty inexpensive right now.

I guess that's life, after this year I'm about ready to hang up the helmet.

So long old girl. This shot was on Killboys front page last year.

most likely when
your bike gets stolen from your home it is someone you know, or a friend of a friend.
I hate thiefs, sorry for you loss, i hope you get it back.

Sorry to hear about your bike. I doubt I will see it up here. I am glad you didn't catch them I would hate to hear about you having to bond your self out after you beat the crap out of them.

That blows man, I over in tex but I will keep a look out too, never know..

Put a sign on ur bike next time, "this Busa is protected by a AR-15 with a laser sight pointed at ur head"

Man, I know your pain !!! I was one of the lucky ones, and got mine back. Only because they stole other bikes, and one they stole had LoJack on it, and they got 4 bikes back. I HOPE everything works out for you !!
Everybody kept telling me "you had full coverage, you'll get a new one, don't worry about it". But it most likely wasn't going to be an 06 LE, and it DEFINITELY wouldn't be MY 06 LE !! I agree, you do develope a bond with your bike.

GOOD LUCK my brother, I hope you don't decide to "hang up your helmet".

Sorry about your bike, hope you get it back quickly. Yes an alarm with a perimeter sensor would have come in handy.

They tried to get my busa last week after I heard about a bunch getting stolen. They got my caliper bolts off and but found out my roadlok was held on by more. Also tried yanking my lock pin. I also had my truck pulled up on the side of my carport to help block it.

It has since been moved down the road and locked up.
